When is the PANIC 2020 Conference taking place?

The Conference will be held virtually from Monday, October 19 through Thursday, October 22. The final Q&A chats will take place on Friday, October 23.

Where is the PANIC 2020 Conference being held?

The Conference will be a virtual event. You can attend and participate from the comfort of your home or office.

What exactly is a virtual conference?

A virtual conference is an interactive online conference, workshop, user meeting and trade show that brings together a group of people with similar interests or expertise so that they can learn from one another. Similar to live conferences, they are very engaging but occur entirely online rather than in a physical location.

I have registered for the conference, but I don’t know how to access the virtual conference platform.
All registered attendees will receive an invitation link to the conference platform by no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern on Friday, October 16. This invitation will come directly from portal@bizzabo.com  Your invitation may land in your Spam mailbox, so be sure to check that.  Contact Marilee if you don’t receive the invitation e-mail by 2:00 p.m. Eastern on Friday, October 16.

What if I'm not available on the virtual conference dates?

The content will be available on-demand for 5 weeks following the conference dates, for all registered participants. All pre-recorded sessions will be released the week of October 19, and they will remain available until Friday, November 27, 2020.

What do I need to attend the virtual conference?
To attend the virtual conference, you need a good internet connection, your device or computer, and a valid registration. Please see the question above for log-in instructions.

Will conference materials be provided for virtual registrants?

Conference materials will be provided electronically and will be available for download through the virtual platform.

How can I ask the speakers and presenters questions during the virtual conference?

If you are watching a technical session, workshop or poster presentation, and you would like to submit a question to the speaker, please complete the question form here. Make sure you submit your questions before the deadlines noted below.

Can I check out the exhibitors at PANIC 2020?

Absolutely! Conference registrants will be able to visit the PANIC 2020 virtual exhibit hall booths and they will be able to make appointments with the exhibitor company representatives. Please remember to log into Jublia to schedule a 1:1 appointment with an exhibitor.

I am a presenter or speaker at PANIC 2020. What do I do?

By now, you should have received correspondence and participated in a training for your presentation at the virtual conference. If you were unable to attend the speaker and presenter training and you did not get a recording of the training, please contact Marilee.

I am an exhibitor or sponsor at PANIC 2020. What do I do?

By now, you should have received correspondence and participated in a training for exhibitors at the virtual conference. If you were unable to attend the training and you did not get a recording of the training, please contact Natasha.

Will I be able to network with other registrants virtually?

When you are in the virtual conference platform, you will be able to set up your community profile and begin interacting with other conference registrants, the speakers, poster presenters and exhibitor company representatives.

 

I registered for the Valid NMR workshop. How will I be able to participate?

The Valid NMR Workshop will be available on Thursday, October 22 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern. If you registered for the Valid NMR Workshop, you will receive an invitation to the workshop when it becomes available on Thursday, October 22.

Can I cancel my PANIC 2020 registration?

In order to receive a refund (minus the $100 processing fee), you would have needed to cancel your conference registration by September 21, 2020. No cancellation requests will be taken by phone. Cancellation requests received less than four (4) weeks prior to the first day of the event are not eligible for a refund.

If I am registered as a virtual attendee will I be eligible for the door prizes or Spectrum game?

Yes. You will receive instructions for participating in the Spectrum game and the Bingo game right before the start of the conference.

Who do I contact for other questions?
